Christmas "Giving Tree"

The Warner Springs Community Resource Center extends a heartfelt thank you to all who participated in our impactful Christmas 'Giving Tree' 2023. Your participation makes a significant difference in our community.

First, we are looking for individuals and families facing hardship this holiday season to be the recipients of our 'Giving Tree.' If you need help or know someone who does, rest assured that all information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Contact us by Friday, October 25th, call (760)782-0670, text 760-220-2533 or email us at WarnerResourceCenter@gmail.com.

Information to Include: Shoe Size, Shirt Size, Pant Size, Need/Want, Books, Child Toy, or adult household items.

To personalize the gifts, tell us a little bit more about yourself, including your hobbies, interests, favorite colors, and favorite characters.

Next, beginning in the first week of November, you will see "Giving Trees," Christmas trees with paper ornaments, around the Community. Select an ornament from the tree that describes your Christmas recipient and his or her wish list.

Finally, the time has arrived to select gifts for your Christmas recipient. Please return your unwrapped gift or gifts in a box with the "Giving Tree" ornament attached to the participating store drop box. Alternatively, you can return your gift to the Community Center by Saturday, December 6th, to ensure we can shop for those not yet selected.

Your donations of new toys, clothes, household items, gift cards, cash/checks, and non-perishable food items will be distributed to those in need in the Greater Warner Springs area. Thank you for being a Christmas blessing to someone in our backcountry community!
